What is the different between ESN Services and other service provider ?
- Immediate replacement
- The quality. We give the reliver within 30 minutes. You cannot find absenteeism in our service.
What is the timing for your workers ?
Working hour is 9 hours per day, and 60 min for lunch. So totally 9 hours per day and 6 days per week. If you want them to work on Sundays, they will work. But we have to pay one day salary extra as over time
Do you provide service in our area ?
We provide service all over Chennai and Madurai. We will arrange the people from your area only.
If I am not satisfied with your worker, can you change them.?
Yes. When you are not satisfied, we will change them from the next day.
Tell me about the replacement
If our worker wants leave, they will inform us one day before itself . So we will send our Reliever person on time . Incase of emergency purpose if they take leave , we will send replacement staff within 30 minutes time.
What about your quality method ?
Based on your property, we will prepare a schedule and quality checklist. After your approval we will implement. Our supervisor and manager will visit your property regularly and check the quality.
Will you supply cleaning material and machineries?
We give the quote in prior. After your approval we will supply the cleaning material. Also we supply machineries like scrubbing machine and vacuum cleaner on monthly hiring basis
What is the payment terms?
We will give the invoice on 1st of every month. You pay the amount on 5th of every month through online transfer or cheque.
How will I book your service?
Once you give the appointment, our manager will come and meet you. After discussion you can fix the rate and the service starting date.
How will you start the service.?
On the starting day our supervisor will come along with the workers. Our supervisor will give all the instructions to them, which you have given before.
How many days you need to start the service ?
It depends upon the area. If you confirm earlier, we will start the service from the next day.
